First of all, instead of using one web page for your proxy, make many proxy pages on your domain and write a different article on each of these pages about different proxy usage. If that made no sense, I mean, create many pages like this with content and good seo:

Overtime, this should give you more traffic from search engines then if you just had one proxy page. Just copy and paste the proxy script into each of these pages and archive them on your home page.

Secondly, you should know that schools know about these proxy sites and try to ban as many of them as possible so that students do not use them. That is why you can still be successful even though there is a ton of competition. Market yourself on Yahoo Answers where students ask questions like “websites blocked by school” and “proxy that will work in my school” etc… The questions people ask should also give you some idea on what keywords to throw into your proxy pages to optimize them for search engine traffic.
